The BBB's commitment to exposing legitimate businesses to unjust and illegitimate complaints and publishing incorrect information is just the tip of the iceberg. Because the Better Business Bureau is an ACTUAL BUSINESS, they have a budget. While they may not have to turn a profit, they have to make money to cover expenses and therefore in our opinion EXPEL businesses that receive complaints REGARDLESS of if the complaints are resolved or bogus, because that business is utilizing the BBB's valuable resources and time.
